Requirements:
• Within 30 minutes to CBD by bus or train (we don’t have a car)
• Near bus stop or train station
• Air conditioning
• Fully furnished
• Move-in: end of April
• Budget: around $1200/month (~$280/week)
We are clean, responsible, and quiet, and would like to stay long-term.
