Hey, I’m Julie ☀️

I’m 29 and work in events and branding. I’m looking to rent a room for around a year, ideally moving in mid-March (around the 16th).

I love a home that feels clean, relaxed and easygoing somewhere with a chilled energy that’s still social and welcoming. I live a pretty active lifestyle and spend a lot of time surfing, dancing, going to the gym, and being outdoors. I’m also really into astrology, spirituality and personal development.

I previously lived on the Gold Coast, so I’m very used to the coastal lifestyle and love being near the beach.

I’m bubbly and easygoing, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people. At the same time, I really respect personal space and shared areas and always keep things tidy and considerate.

In my downtime, you’ll find me at the beach, spending time with friends, or going out for dinner. I’d love to live somewhere where we can be friends as well as housemates while still doing our own thing when needed.
