Australian 42yr old female looking for suitable share house/room to rent in Tuggeranong area.
I am a full time bar and gaming manager on the south side.
I am hoping to find, or share a place or flatmate to apply with somewhere from Kambah to Banks.
I have an 18yr old boy who doesn’t live with me but likes to pop past after work or whenever to see me, and a 15 year old daughter who lives in Sydney and comes to stay with me on hols or weekends when she can, very rarely. If needed I would want to let the kids stay whenever, although will be rare. They are both respectful lovely kids.
I have little to no social life, I mainly spend time with my boyfriend and our dog, so I may stay at his a few nights a week however it’s mainly for me to have my place and space. I spend a lot of time with my dog although she lives w boyfriend a pet friendly place is a must, as I’d like to bring her over my days off to chill with me. She’s very obedient and friendly. I am quite domestic and love a cosy clean place however I am not anal or annoying about it and prefer the ppl I live with aren’t either. I enjoy a drink and I am easy going and approachable and respectful about ppls space and privacy.
