❶ About Me:
Hi there! I’m Wendy, a 417 visa holder from Taiwan. I’m currently working full-time (5 days a week) as a cafe all-rounder.
Because of my cafe work, I’m an early bird—I’m usually out the door before 6 AM and back in afternoon. This means I have a very quiet, predictable routine.

❷ My Goals & Lifestyle:
My main goals in Sydney are to improve my English, travel around and prepare for a professional exam back in Taiwan this November. Therefore, I am looking for a peaceful, study-friendly home where we can respect each other's quiet time.
In my free time, I’m a big foodie and love photography. I enjoy exploring local cafes, reading, and travelling to see different scenery. I’m clean, tidy, and very responsible with household chores.

❸ What I’m Looking For:
• A quiet, safe, and clean environment (preferably an all-female household).
• Respectful housemates who value privacy but don't mind a friendly chat occasionally.
• A place within walking distance to public transport (ideally around Epping or Macquarie Park).
