• Close to public transport (no car)
• Private room (not shared)

💰 Budget: $150–$220 per week (including bills preferred)
🗓️ Move-in: before the end of April

Preferred areas:
Craigie / Padbury / Woodvale / Kingsley (near Whitfords station)
