My name is Natasha Perry, I am 36 years old and currently employed full-time as the Retail Merchandise & Licensing Manager with Perth Glory Football Club, based at the Stirling Leisure Centre in Mirrabooka.

I live a quiet and responsible lifestyle. I am a non-smoker, rarely drink, and spend most of my time focused on work. I take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living space and always treat the properties I live in with care and respect.

I have been a homeowner for the past 14 years and am currently in the process of selling/settling my home through the family court. Unfortunately I was exposed to years of domestic violence throughout the relationship, and as a result of finally securing my exit, I have been left with very little physical belongings.

During this transition, I am seeking a small, private granny flat, studio or quiet share house close to my workplace in Mirrabooka so I can reduce my commute and establish a safe and stable living environment.

My goal is simply to have a quiet place where I can focus on work and rebuilding stability during this period. I work extremely long hours (60+ hours during the week) and during game season, I am required to work most weekend. As a result, my footprint on the home is very minimal. I would be a reliable tenant (when I am around) and am looking for a peaceful, longer-term arrangement while my post divorce life stabilises.
