I'm a 26-year-old female nursing student at Curtin University from July 2026 and passionate about Kpop.
I have over one year's rent experience in shared houses in New Zealand and was recognised by landlords for tidy & clean and paying rental on time. I'm a bit introverted, will handle my own housekeeping in public space and can accept parties (if not too late). My ideal living space is clean, well-organised, and not too noisy. I don't smoke, own pets, or have kids. I appreciate having rules in place to maintain a peaceful environment.
Need formal rent agreement for future paperwork and safety.
