Hello, my wife Sam and I have recently moved to Perth and are looking for a room to let. We would prefer a separate bathroom but are happy to share.
We are employed full time and are easy going, responsible and respectful people who just want a comfortable place to call home. We tend to live fairly quietly, enjoy food and a social drink. We are fit and active and like exploring Perth.
We are seeking a place within 5-10ks of the CBD as we both work central.
