Katie and Bek

Hi, my name is Katie.

My best friend Bek and I are looking for 2 rooms to rent in the Sunbury-Sydenham area for approximately 12 months plus. We both have great references and have shared in shared houses before and also been on a rental lease together from 2019-2022. We both have a dog each. My girls name is Zenzae, she is a 14 month old American Staffy. She is well behaved, friendly and house trained. Beks girls name is China, she is a 14 month old French bulldog. She’s very cute, she’s also house trained and the dogs get along well. They’re both crate trained and are kept very busy throughout the day so they’re never an issue. They’re finally at a great age where they spend most of their days relaxing!

I’m self employed and also studying while Bek works part time as a house cleaner. We both take pride in our space, we are clean, quiet and very friendly. We value downtime and spending time with our pups out on adventures. I enjoy cooking and we both enjoy sport! Especially football. Bek did play professional AFL for a short period back before Covid.
