I am a semi-retired healthcare consultant and have rented for over 10 years on the Gold Coast with my 24y/o son, and my 27y/o daughter (before she went to the UK to work as a nurse).

I have a whole house full of furniture and appliances, so will not require anything.

Usually a very quiet household as everyone is busy and works.

I do a lot of speaking and training engagements and have to travel at times. I am also a trivia host at Gold Coast venues, so have a dynamic personality and lots of dad jokes. Sports include pickleball and golf. I also sing in an a-cappella group.

I have never had an issue with any landlords and have always paid rent and costs on time.
