Declan Gleeson and Charlotte

Hi! We’re Declan (34) and my fiancée Charlotte (26), a couple from the UK now living in the Gold Coast. We are both working in Tweed Heads.

Charlotte is a qualified personal trainer and I work in sales, and we’re looking for a relaxed, friendly place to live. Ideally we would prefer a whole place to rent but would consider shared if there is enough personal space and a private bathroom. We are social but also appreciate our own privacy.

We’re very clean, tidy and respectful people who are considerate of shared spaces and other housemates. We’re quiet, easygoing and enjoy a calm home environment, but we’re also always happy to chat or share the occasional meal if the house is social.

We’re reliable with rent, non-smokers and looking for a place where everyone feels comfortable and respectful of each other’s space.
