I am a Taiwanese girl looking for a room. I am very clean, tidy, and respectful. In my free time, I enjoy cooking my own meals and like to travel, hiking, yoga and so on.

What I'm looking for:
I am looking for a place under $300/week (all bills included).
​Ideally, the place should be fully furnished with kitchenware available to use. I need a washing machine (a dryer would be a huge plus!) and air conditioning. Security is highly important to me, so I am looking for a safe property with CCTV/surveillance cameras and a private bedroom door that can be locked.

​Dealbreakers (Due to Allergies):
Because I have allergies, I am looking for a household with strictly no smoking, no pets, and no marijuana/drug users.
