I'm a 28 year old woman looking for a long term room to rent in an open and relaxing atmosphere for me and my kitty.

I am a relaxed social person and enjoy having a conversation here and there and also understand the importance of privacy.
I have a beautiful orange cat who is very social and affectionate, he is spayed and goes outside to do his business so no need for a kitty litter inside. He is very adaptable, it's like having a mini me. I am currently in between jobs and I am looking to start an apprenticeship in security technology very soon. I am on Centrelink Payments but have a casual job as a door dasher and work security roles often.

I am a cigarette smoker but will not get in anyone's way as I like to enjoy my smokos Privately or with other smokers. I have my own small vintage cast iron seats and table to set up an area out of the way.

I have some furniture that I can add to the communal areas such as a dryer and couches. I also have an antique extendable table.

I am handy and have a toolkit for DIY fixes and improvements.

Some of my interests are Skateboarding, PS5 gaming, Restoring bicycles, marketplace selling, DIY, Watching movies on my projector and so on.
