jason and dawn

Hello! We're Dawn and Jason. We are looking for a long term arrangement (12 months+).

We've been living together for the last 6 years. We're not a couple, but close friends looking for a home with 2 spare bedrooms in a lovely relaxed house.

We're both 50+ and lead settled lives. We've lived in a share house with between 4 and 6 people, so we're very comfortable with shared living and understand the importance of being tidy, respectful and considerate.

Dawn is a horticulturist currently studying and Jason is a full time software engineer. We both enjoy being busy but also to chill watching TV or a movie. Jason has some nice AV equipment if wanted.

We come from a calm, happy household, and value open communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful living environment. We're hoping to find like-minded people to share a friendly, harmonious home with.

Our preferred locations are from Beenleigh to Nerang including the hinterland too.

References are available, and we have to move in over the next few weeks because our landlord is selling our current property.
