Shakthi and Mridula

Hi guys!
I’m Shakthi, and I’m writing on behalf of myself and my best friend Mridula.
I’ve recently relocated from Perth to Melbourne, and we are looking for a long-term spot where we can really settle in. Because I’ve been living with my sister in Melbourne lately, I don't have a formal rental history, but I’m more than happy to provide her contact details as a reference to vouch for how I treat a home.

To give you a clear picture of us as tenants:

Financial Support: We are both in a very stable position. I have a part time job as an assistant accountant and I work three days a week. We both have solid savings tucked away, but for extra peace of mind, both of our parents are fully supporting us. They are providing the funds for our rent and expenses to ensure everything is always covered and the lease is 100% secure. We also have a Letter of Support from our parents.

Daily Life: I’m finishing my final uni semester of Bachelor of Commerce online right now, so I’ll be home studying quite a bit. This means the property will be well-looked after and rarely left unattended. Mridula will be studying a Bachelor’s Degree at Deakin University.

The Cat: I have a ginger cat who is super chill, well-behaved, and honestly just spends most of his time napping. I’m very diligent about keeping a clean house and ensuring he doesn't cause any fuss.

We’re genuine, responsible, and really keen to have a home.
