Preferably looking for 6-12 months lease - or more with two weeks bond and 1 week rent. Am flexible depending on the property/room type !:)
I am semi self employed and have two incomes. I am more than happy to provide references and bank statements. I prefer living in a house hold that's women only or gender mixed, I don't live with all men.
