My friend and I are currently looking for either a 2-bedroom property or two rooms in a shared house.

A bit about us — I’m Matt, 31, originally from New Zealand and currently working full-time as a Business Development Manager here in Perth.

My mate Steve is also from NZ and will be arriving at the start of April. He works as a diesel mechanic and will be doing FIFO (2 weeks on, 1 week off).

We’re both clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. We’ve previously owned our own homes, so we understand the importance of looking after a place and being considerate housemates.

We’re reliable with rent and looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to call home.
