Hi there! My name is SangUk, and I also go by James. I am a 22-year-old Computer Science major from South Korea, currently in Sydney on a Working Holiday visa. I am looking for a stable and quiet place to call home starting from the 25th of April.
​Having recently completed my mandatory military service back in Korea, I have a very strong sense of discipline and responsibility. I naturally keep my living space organized and spotless, and I am very respectful of shared house rules and common areas. I am a non-smoker who values a peaceful environment, and I believe that a clean home is essential for everyone’s comfort.
​I am currently working and have a steady, consistent income, so I can guarantee that rent and bills will always be paid on time. My goal is to find a place where I can stay for at least three to four months, though I am certainly open to staying much longer if the environment is a good fit.
​I truly value the "harmony in diversity" that comes with shared living. My previous experiences as a university teaching assistant and working in the service industry have taught me how to communicate kindly and respect the personal space of others.
