Hi I’m adam I’m a hard Working recently single guy looking for a reliable flat mate, I’m a non smoker, very light social drinker, recently had my own rental place with excellent reference and rental payment history, looking for longer term inner city or inner west location.
We are both full time professional workers. I’m working in finance at Norh Ryde and Mani is working in administration in North Sydney. We run a 9-5 routine along the weekdays, and always go out to friends at weekends. We are quiet, clean and respect others, not party people. We would like to share some relaxing time with housemates, have a chat or a simple drink together, maybe after work or weekends. We come with our cat, who is 5 yrs old. He is always very quiet and keep to himself. Since his age, he would never make noise or damage whatsoever. I’m always making sure him and his place tidy enough, so the past five years, there were no housemates ever complained about him to me. We have some furniture bring with us, if your room is unfurnished, we are totally okay with it. Additionally, we can contribute some appliances to share with our future housemates, if needed.
I'm Australian, 27yo and I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Sydney: I'm studying towards my Master of Sustainability. I keep fit and active by running, cycling and football. I enjoy going out on weekends and also the beach; when the weather is nice. I'm easy-going, sociable and up for a chat.
Hi! I'm Kevin, a future PhD student at UTS. Coming all the way from Indonesia, I have a decent cooking skill and thus can serve my flatmates with fresh homemade Indonesian food. xP Living in an international environment always sounds attractive to me. I spent 2 years for my Master's study in the Netherlands in such a diverse atmosphere, allowing me to exchange culture with other people. I love playing music (the piano) and watching movies.
I'm a friendly private guy who is looking for a nice private room (minimum 2 to 3 months) or a studio (I'm willing to rent for 6 months). I'm looking for a place which is conveniently located closer to Sydney CBD. I'm going to start working full time from 1st week of August. I don't smoke or drink.
Single, friendly, peaceful, calm, clean and comfortable to stay with because I'm always smiling
I am a 29 year old professional working full time for a technology company in the CBD. Outside work, my passions are fitness, cycling, learning, NRL, great food and coffee. I don't smoke, do drugs or party and prefer to do most of my cooking myself (my espresso machine and cooking utensils are welcome to be shared). I am happy keeping to myself if that’s what works in your place, but would be keen to get a meal at a gastro-pub or good cafe every now and then if it's on the cards. Or if you’re into cycling, I’m always up for a ride. No allergies here and I'd be stoked to live along side some furry friends :) I may need to work from home sometimes, so high speed net and a quiet daytime environment would be awesome. Looking to move asap but would like to meet up with you for a chat or coffee and walk-through before making a decision.
I am completing my Masters at the University of Sydney and also working part time. I am from India and I have been living in Sydney for the last two years. Like to be clean and social. Looking to move into a place ASAP
I'm an international student with a nice part-time job in the city. I need a place closer to Sydney CBD to minimise my travel time but also still affordable. I'm looking for a private room as I have a desktop computer that I need for my job. I don't want to trouble roommates with the sound of my typing and the light from the monitor so I want a private room. It doesn't need to be big. I'm fine with a small room. I mind my own business so living with me would be very easy. I do not cook but am able.
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
Hi, We are 2 couples and a kid looking for a 2BHK apartment to rent for around 4-6 months. We are new to the city and looking for a job. We are software engineers by profession. We are quiet and clean people and keep the place where we live very tidy and clean. Please approach if you have anything that suits my need. Thanks, Isha
I am an 18 year old musician looking to rent a room in a friendly, fun and ideally creative environment. I can be very quiet and respect peoples privacy & also understand that as a musician, sometimes instruments being played too loud and what not can be annoying and that is something I am definitely wary of! I'd love to find a room in a house shared with like minded people, whether that be by sharing the love of music, something nerdy or just any common interests!
I'm a chill easy going guy who likes to party and socialise. I work full time as a table games dealer at a casino and I am also a full time uni student at UTS so ill be out of the house very often. Looking for like minded people who are respectful of others and keeps themselves tidy.
I am very honest and friendly, i do not talk to much and easy going. I love sharing my culture, knowledge, experiences with people. you can count on me when you are in a bad mood, i am always willing to listen to you and i hope you also do the same thing to me.
My English is very bad, maybe there are some problems in communication, but I still hope to communicate with people from various countries. I personally like to be clean and quiet, not to interfere with other tenants, and I like to listen to music and go abroad to travel. And exchange of religious history and culture, etc.
Hey! I'm 23, from New Zealand and been working in Sydney for 2 months now and since I recently got a permanent position here, I'm looking for a place to stay for the long term around the inner west area. I'm into rock climbing, cooking and always keen to chill after work.
Hi, we're new to Sydney. Been renting for a few months, but as our lease comes to an end, we need to find a new home. We're clean, fun, friendly and super easy going. We are very social, so always keen to hang out or have a drink, but also love our down time and personal space. We would like two rooms. Looking forward to hearing from you!
