Hello, I am 22 year old looking for a shared house or apartment to live with friendly people particularly in areas which are less than one hour train ride. I am leaving Perth on the 16th to move for my new job in the same company and will like to start on the 19th January. Having lived with housemates, I am someone reliable on rent, clean, independent , enjoy quiet time after work and occasionally fancy going out for drinks. I will be working full-time and sometimes during the weekend. This will give you some quiet time as well. I can adapt very in different environment and will ensure you have your privacy.
Hello Everyone! Originally from Wagga, I moved to Sydney to study engineering and I have been share housing in the Inner West for a few years now. Living within walking distance to a train station is ideal but not necessary. I like to cook and meal prep as well as clean my dishes! I am looking for a room to rent in a house that is relatively chill, I consider myself somewhat of an introvert and I value housemates that respect privacy and study time. When I am not busy with uni work, I'm more than happy to chill. I don't drink much (student budget) but I won't say no to a free beer!
Hey there! My names Anna, I’m a 22 year old psychology student, starting my Masters at ACU in Feb. My friend’s Brad, he’s a 27 year old psychology student starting his masters at Macquarie in Feb! We’re looking for a place with 2 free rooms. Our budgets are $200 and $300 (or $500 combined) , and we’re looking in the Strathfield/Ryde/Meadowbank/Rhodes area but we’re flexible. Looking to move in anytime from Jan 24. We’re both easygoing, get on well with everyone and tidy. I grew up in Hong Kong/England and Brad’s from Adelaide! Shoot me a message if you’ve got any rooms 😊😊
Hello world! I'm a clean and respectable professional looking to find my tribe in Sydney. I'm originally from England and have been lucky enough to live around the world in some amazing places. I've been in Sydney for 18 months now and plan to put down some roots now I've turned the big 3-0. I'm a professional and work full time as a school teacher in Sydney's West, so living close to public transport is key. My ideal place would have some outside space and somewhere to hopefully share a bottle of wine with my new flatties on occasion. Ideally I'd like to find a room with a small balcony, although I know I'm pushing it there. I'd pay up to 350 for the right space like that. I’m a keen runner and get out a few times a week for a big run so somewhere near a park or bush would be awesome. It would be similarly awesome to find roomies who like to live healthy and proactive lifestyles. On my weekends I do love to socialise, I’m always advocating for a day sesh. I’ve done ‘da club’ enough now and prefer nights with friends and drunken card games. My new roomies would preferably late 20s/30s and although we respect each other’s privacy, have similar interests and would be keen to build friendships. Somewhere LGTBQ friendly would also be a big plus. I’d especially be down for a buddy up situation! My job takes a lot of my time and energy, and my home needs to feel like my own, not like I’m renting a room in someone else's house.
Hi! My name is Maylis, I am 24 years old and I'm from the Netherlands. For my study I will do an internship in Sydney in the next five months. I am spontaneous, tidy, easy going and always in for some fun. Now I'm at the other side of the world I want to get everything out of it and experience the real aussie live. I am looking for a nice and clean house with roommates who each has their own thing but also like to occasionally eat or have a drink together.
Hi , I am an Indian coming to Sydney on work Visa. Need a quiet good and clean room for stay minimum 6 months . My Office is near to shelly street. Prefer near to Shelly street Sydney
Working in Parramatta however, I am looking for a place a bit closer to the beach and CBD. I am looking for a private room in a share house, with or big enough to fit a queen bed. Preferably with bills included and car parking. I am easy going and quiet at first, but when you get to know me I come out of my shell a bit more. Love a beer and love all things sport (AFL, cricket, NBA) I am a clean and tidy person. I am looking for a fun & friendly household but also respect we all need quiet time as well.
I am clean and tidy with my surroundings. I am friendly, but a bit shy at first. Never had a problem living with others during my dorm in the university days and apartment during work. Not yet in Australia, as I am still finishing some stuff at home. Going to Australia for more work experience in IT/Engineering. And I want to try being a part-time barista. =))
Hey, I'm Jen and I'm from England. I've just finished my undergraduate degree and have decided to come back to Sydney for approximately 8 months (max) before I start an MSc back in Europe. I hope to just get a few part-time jobs and enjoy life in the mean time. I'm an easy going person who enjoys swimming, reading, cooking good food and chilling with friends etc. I'm sociable but also like my own space and independence. I'm planning to try out some new hobbies this year such as sailing, surfing and painting. I'm looking for somewhere with kind flatmates who I can make genuine friendships with. I'm also interested in team-ups and am happy to look at potential places on anyone's behalf as I'm already in Sydney. If you want more info please feel free to message me. I'm super chill and will reply as soon as I can!
Hi, I'm Pat and I work full-time 11am - 8pm for a tuition company. I have completed an undergrad and an honours course at UNSW, in theatre and criminology. I come with a 2 Yr old Labrador. He is fully house trained, very friendly and doesn't bark. I enjoy reading a good book, watching a movie, playing video games and having a good chat. I'm a very clean person and I always make sure my dog is well behaved. I'm quite flexible with most things and as I work full-time you probably wouldn't see me very much. I have a partner at the moment, who will not be moving with me, but he would like to visit me and stay over on the odd occasion when I do move - willing to pay extra to accommodate for this :)
