Hey, I’m AJ. Easygoing, reliable, and looking for a calm, respectful home. I’m at a stage where I value a stable, clean space to unwind. I’m very sociable and enjoy a good chat and love to cook a meal always to share albeit only every now and then. I also love to get stuck into all kinds of books and at the moment I'm reading "Sell Like Crazy" by Sabri Suby.

I’ve got a small dog, Kuma (Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel), who’s super friendly, affectionate, and well-behaved. He's definitely a bonus if you like dogs.

I like to go out and see nature when I'm able but when I'm at home I’m tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, and pretty routine-based (early morning dog walks, study, chill evenings). Not a party house person anymore, but happy to live with all types of people from different walks of life.

After my lease is done, Kuma and I are just looking for a place that feels like a home :)
