Hi there! I’m Emma, I’m originally from NSW and have been travelling with my work in healthcare for the past few years. I am relocating to Perth and looking to rent a room in a calm and respectful household.

I’m in my early thirties, non-smoker, very reliable, organised and easy-going. I clean up as I go and balance being social with down time. I enjoy a drink occasionally and don’t mind guests, just not looking for a party house.

I like to keep active by going for walks or to pilates, love having animals around and also occasionally house sit for others.

I do have my own car and would utilise off-street parking where available. I have part-time day shift work, which I plan to increase to full-time over the next few months. I have always payed rent on time if not early and able to provide references when needed.
