Hernan Ferres

Hi there! I’m Hernán, a 25-year-old Engineering student from Montevideo, Uruguay.

I’ll be moving to Perth in July for an exchange semester at UWA (University of Western Australia). Back home, I’m deeply into my studies (Civil/Structural Engineering), so I’m looking for a chill and tidy place where I can focus on my projects but also enjoy the local vibe.

When I’m not in class, I love music production—I’m a Logic Pro user, though don’t worry, I always use my headphones! I’m also a big fan of staying active, so I’m keen on exploring the beaches for some surf or doing excercise.

Just looking for a chill spot with:
A furnished room in a friendly sharehouse.
Reliable internet (essential for my engineering software and uni work).
Flatmates who are easy-going and respectful, up for a casual chat or a beer occasionally.
A stay from mid-July until mid-november.

I’m a non-smoker, clean, and I’ve lived in shared environments before, so I know how to keep a house running smoothly.
