I am an American in Perth for my Master's in Environmental Biotech at UWA. I'm laid back and overall easy-going. I enjoy going out for drinks or the occasional get together, but am also fine with just staying in. I'm clean, courteous, and all about mutual respect. I'm cool with anyone, or anything. Pets, smoking, and LGBT friendly.
Hey! I'm a laid back Marine Science PhD student into the outdoors, beach, hiking, camping, travelling and the sea! I enjoying cooking for myself and others, and like a wine or two on the weekends! I'm tidy and respectful, and looking for likeminded people to share with.
Hi! I am a freshly graduated geologist from The Netherlands, working (FIFO) in WA since May '18. I am keen to meet new people so I'm all for sharing a place with likeminded people. Next to geology, I enjoy being outdoors, cooking, rock climbing, surfing, attending/discussing music (concerts) (everything from David Bowie to Kraftwerk) and films. I shared a house for many years and like to keep a place tidy and clean. Regarding personality, this is me according to various people: "An asshole" - My best friend "A sociable guy with a critical mind" - My professor "$$$$" - The ATO "A snobby knowitall" - My former roommate "A kind and handsome young man" - My mum
Hi everyone! I am an Electrician by trade and recently completed a two-year stint FIFO in a specialised position. I am taking a break from full-time FIFO and currently studying full time at Murdoch University, in my second year. I work as a FIFO shutdown electrician during my uni breaks. My time spare time involves a balance of seeing family, friends, study, exercise, composing music and going out. I am a friendly, mature and clean individual. I am quiet, considerate and enjoy meeting new people and chatting on a range of subjects. I am very respectful towards others opinions and views. I am looking for a quiet place but also like to chat and get to know my housemates.
Yep that’s me on the toilet with my awkward smile. I’ve decided to move back in with people. I love cooking for others and making them laugh (this is foc for those I live with). Love my movies and music not a great fan of sportsball but I’ll sit through a couple of games if there is good shnackkksss. Love to find a home good people who love having a great time but also respect privacy and not too much of a party house. I’m a full time restaurant manager I’m small but I eat a lot. I almost exclusively only drink baileys sometimes a good gin. Animals are a plus for me I adore them all :)
We have both come over from the UK to live and work in Perth for a year. We're both medics so will have long working hours, so need a nice place to come back and chill out and to enjoy the city, as well as a base to venture out further and discover WA. We are pretty easy to get along with, love meeting new people, love cooking and being active. Although it would be cool to live in the same place we are also searching individually for places, and just to clarify we would be happy to pay upto $350 each.
Hi there all, I'm looking for a home for myself & my fur boy, Maltese, Mr Gizmo. Mr G is nearly 10yrs old, on the mature side of pup years, though he is young at heart. Really good with ppl of all ages, others pups, even cats too. Loves chicken necks. And is quite a character at times. My self, I'm 36yrs old. Work permanent part time. I enjoy gardening, cooking, arts crafty stuff, reading, glass or two of vino. If your interested in renting room & think your home would be suitable for both of us; I would love to come by to view sometime this week or early next week.
Hi my name is Ben. Im a country kid trying to finish off my time at uni. Looking for a place until the start of next year minimum but hopefully until the end of my degree at the end of next year. Pay rent on time and don't smoke. I enjoy a whole range of outdoor activities form surfing and spearfishing to rock climbing and just about any other sport you can name (bar soccer, which I suck at). Im pretty easy going, have just finished up leasing my own apartment for a year and am looking forward to living with people again. Hope to hear back soon. Cheers, Ben
Looking for a chill, organised, hygenic household. Interests: I'm putting most of my time and effort into completing my studies to be a certified Make-Up Artist. I hope next year to get into University to study fashion, too. Collaborating the two seems like the best option. As for hobbies I switch between different arts, such as, creative writing, sketching, lyric writing, make-up (although that's more or less like work now so haha) and fashion design. I enjoy; cardio/working-out, coffee (cheap pre-workout, if you really heap it), comedy movies, art festivals, my herbal teas and music. Perks: I live by a budget and a schedule. (Let's discuss yours and mine so they don't clash.) I love my privacy, so, I don't hover but I've been told I'm bubbly and friendly by previous house-mates. Requirements; -WiFi. -Aircon. -Fridge. -Toaster. -Stove. -Laundry facility. -Vaccum/broom. -Bed (would be nice but can buy my own haha) -Somewhere to put my clothes away. (Preferably bills included) Income: Centrelink.
Hey everyone, I've just returned from London after working for two years, and am looking for a place to stay as I move back to my hometown Perth to begin my Master of Architecture at UWA. I've had 5+ years of sharehousing/flatsharing experience (both in Melbourne and London) and see myself as a pretty outgoing bloke who enjoys socialising just as much as their own private space. I'll often be out of the house for work and uni (I'll often be working until 9/10pm) however I'm always up for a chat when I'm around the house. I'm keen on my hockey and climbing for those who are interested, as well as enjoying a drink if their are some good music events on the weekend. Thanks! Ed
Hey :) My name is Renae and I am 23 years old and currently working as a barista around the Fremantle area. I have completed a degree in Zoology a couple years ago so trying to get a job in that area at the moment and also absolutely love all animals. I am hoping to move out around August whenever possible really and would like to live as close to the beach as possible. I currently have no pets but I am hoping to be getting a dog and wouldn't mind also living with someone who has a dog or any other pet for that matter :D I like to try and keep active by riding my bike, doing yoga, going to the beach and going on hikes or adventures. I like to socialise on the weekends or whenever with friends and hang out with family. I would be happy to move in with as many roommates as possible and also happy to just have one other roommate. Looking forward to meeting you :)
- Looking for a room in a social and fun shared house! - Hi! I'm Frederieke from The Netherlands. I moved here for 4 months because I'm going to study at Curtin University. I come from Amsterdam where I'm studying psychology. I'm looking for a room in a shared house, so I can connect and chill with other students/young people between 20-30 years old. I lived for four years with 7 other girls back in Amsterdam, so I know how to share a house with others! Would love to live in a place where everybody is open and in to have a chat or party, but I also prefer (just like everybody) some alone and private time. I respect others space and am clean and tidy, I know how to live by myself. Looking to move in in about two weeks, around the 10th of august, negotiable. I would love to live near/close to the beach. Looking for to meeting you!
Hi guys! I'm Sasha, I'm 22 and I work full time at the Blue Budha, as well as being at the pointy end of my fine art degree at Curtin with 1 unit left! I'm looking for a spacious home with conscious, respectful and aware humans, with the hope of great friendships! I love my cleanliness, space, outdoors and wine 😊 and I have a tabby cat called Phoebe who brings love into every space! Message me to meet, Thanks!!
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 3 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a cool neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, pleasant, friendly place to live with cool and drama-free people 😊 I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so some kind of parking spot is needed. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music , going to gigs when I can. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing away on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
Hi everyone I’m relaxed, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. Working full time in the city and usually out on the weekends with friends or near the water. I Do love to cook and watch a little tv and love a nice quiet home to relax in of an evening. Passionate about health and fitness but Love a good cheese board 😀 and a vino. Drop me a line if you think we’d get along Thanks ! Michelle
Hi! My name's Morgan, I'm a 20 yo female. I'm looking for a team-up somewhere around Melville, Kardinya, Beeliar area. I'm currently working part-time in Melville, so I don't want to be too far from there, and I'm taking a break from studying at UWA. I'm a very friendly person, but I can be quite introverted. Don't mind a party or gathering, but also like a quiet night in. I'm a smoker, and I would like to have pets but it's not a necessity. I'm looking for somewhere with a decent backyard for gardening, and a good kitchen because I love to cook! Also looking for somewhere preferably long-term (at least a year), and not too pricey! Feel free to message me! Happy to meet for a coffee and a chat :)
We are a young friendly couple from the UK currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. We have just spent 7 months working in Adelaide and Chris has been lucky enough to be offered a job transfer to Fremantle on a 3 month contract. We are easy going and happy to socialise but also like our quiet time and are respectful of others space. We love to travel and our other interests include bush walking, bird watching, music and films.
I’m happy, fun, friendly and very easy-going. Im also super clean and willing to help out with anything around the house like cleaning or gardening. Im from perth and at the moment I have two jobs, Im studying a Masters degree and I volunteer weekly. I am usually busy during the week but in the evenings and on weekends I am always around - for a chat, a drink, some tv or some sort of adventure or activity. I also like to get to the gym as often as I can and love to cook.
I work full time and I am in to my health and fitness, bike riding, tennis, basketball and so on. I love the outdoors and get on well with everyone. I am also very clean and tidy, don’t mind cooking and respect others privacy.
Pretty cruisy dude. Talk too much if you get me excited, but give me some cookies and cream ice cream and it shuts me up very quickly. Love getting to know new people and all about living in an awesome household with epic peeps. I keep active, love being outside, massive geek, and all about chats
I consider myself very respectful and I much prefer to make people feel comfortable with my presence (or without.. when needed. Yes, I'm really good at reading those hidden messages people send) I'm a strong supporter of personal space and I don't like the mess Currently working in Cottesloe
American in Australia. I will have been established in the country for 6 months by my move-in date (date is also flexible). I'm in need of reciprocity. Please reach out! Most of my time in college and my adult life I've spent living with flatmates, so I'm very well versed in the "do's" and "don'ts". I respect people a lot and I am a live and let live type of person. I am a musician, scientifically-minded, a lover, an intellectual, driven, sociable (I can talk to anyone about anything), and I'm a spiritual practitioner. I have a very strong sense of community and I enjoy getting to be involved and giving back, and I'm looking to establish or come into an established community. The locals are truly inspiring! I've really enjoyed the years of interdisciplinary nature of working in mom and pop cafes and pizzerias. I love learning new things and adding to my repertoire of recipes. I love to cook at home and surprise myself and cater to the lovely company I keep! :) I love to clean! It's a strangely therapeutic activity, with a feeble sense of accomplishment. I like to keep my abode livable. I'd probably clean your place if you let me
I am very friendly never quarrelsome, fun, laid back, kind, quite quiet, very respectful of others belongings and personal space, but I also love the odd deep conversation about things like different perspectives, meditation, consciousness, music and food. I love cleaning and keeping my few things tidy. I come with a backpack, a guitar and my adorable dog Marnie, shes always by my side and comes to work with me most times she's rarely left alone. In my spare time at home I am reading, writing, cooking, singing and playing my guitar (quietly ;))
Hello :) I'm 22 years old, working full time in Fremantle in a pharmacy. Myself and my little kitty Mimi are very easy to live with. I'm tidy and take pride in having a clean house, I am currently living in wembley downs, the lease runs up end of September. I would love to find somewhere nearby or closer to Fremantle for work.
In denial of my years!!! Easy to get along with, good cook, clean and tidy, good sense of humour and intelligent. Love exploring new places. Own my own home in Adelaide but starting a business in Perth and need some more room than I currently have. Prefer to have an area as a private sitting room/office and need some space to store a couple of things including a fridge (for work). Enjoy conversation over a glass of wine or coffee but need my own solo time too. I get along with almost anyone!
Hey! I'm a Secondary Education student working part-time. I'm pretty laid-back, not really a clubbing kinda guy but I definitely enjoy a casual beer or two on the weekends. I work til 11pm, so I'm usually up pretty late but I don't make much noise. Keen to chill or give you space, whichever you prefer. I like to keep stuff pretty clean, and get a kick out of doing dishes. I come with a bunch of consoles if you're keen to lose at Mario Kart.
Hi I'm putting the feelers out for the perfect living situation for myself which is close to some surf or snorkelling. Potentially with someone else in a FIFO relationship would be suitable. I currently work full-time in Myaree as well as volunteering most weekends in Bibra Lake. I am starting a side business which will require desk space and room to store photography. I also have larger items - a bicycle, surfboard, dive gear and two cars I need undercover space for. Although one car is a company car so road side parking would be ok for one. A little about me! I'm a very active and creative person, I'm very bubbly and busy with my social life. I often have friends over during the week for dinner, cuppa teas, to watch vine compilations or for a sneaky midweek drink (that last one is very rare). I like to have some alone time as well, some days you may wonder if I'm still alive. My partner works fifo on a 4weeks on 1week home roster. He lives in Jindalee. It is not an easy gig and the time I have with him after-work during that 1 week is important for getting us through another swing apart. I require a home where he can visit and feel welcome throughout that 1 week out of 5. I'm looking to live with housemates who are easy to get along with, clean up after themselves in shared areas promptly and are busy living their own life. I love all pets! Would love a place where I may be able to adopt a rabbit or something small. I have a pretty good living situation at the moment and am willing to wait for something which can offer me everything I want.
Full time student studying a degree in communication and media at the University of Notre Dame, very friendly, clean and polite not much of a party person, often keep to myself but don't mind an friendly chat, My partner is a full time Roof plumber (construction) who is also very kind friendly and respectful person, loves to have a good chat and is outgoing and also likes his private space too.
