Hi, my name is Andy Han, and I know how competitive the rental market is in Brisbane right now, so I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself — and give you a real sense of who I'd be as a housemate.
I'm a 25-year-old guy from South Korea, currently in Brisbane on a working holiday. I graduated from a public university in Korea with a degree in Computer Science. During my time at university, I lived in a dormitory for several years, which taught me a great deal about shared living — being considerate of others, keeping common spaces clean, and maintaining a respectful and harmonious home environment.
I am now settled in Brisbane and actively looking for a great place to call home. More than just a room, I'm genuinely hoping to find good housemates and build a comfortable living environment together. I am available to move in from 1st April.
When it comes to lifestyle, I'm a big gym person — I train regularly and it's a core part of my daily routine. Outside of work hours, I'm mostly at the gym, so I tend to keep a quiet and low-key presence at home. I'm not much of a drinker, and I don't smoke at all. I'm easygoing and sociable by nature, and I genuinely enjoy connecting with the people around me, while always respecting everyone's personal space and boundaries.
As for living habits — I'm very clean and tidy. Keeping my space well-organised is just how I naturally live. Having spent years in a university dormitory, I'm fully comfortable with shared home responsibilities and know how to be a considerate housemate. I always pay rent on time and I'm looking for a long-term stay and truly value a quiet, peaceful home environment.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and view the place — please feel free to reach out anytime! 😊
