Hey, I’m 23 and originally from Belfast, recently moved over and looking to settle into a good place long term

I work full time so I’m pretty routine during the week, up early and like a chilled environment when I’m home. I’m clean and tidy, always clean up after myself and like to keep shared spaces looking good

I’m sociable and easy to get along with, happy to chat or hang out now and then but I also respect people’s space and do my own thing too. I’d say I’m a good balance of friendly and independent

I’m reliable with rent and bills, don’t smoke, and I’m pretty low maintenance overall. I’m also into keeping active, getting outdoors and making the most of being in a new place

Ideally looking for a relaxed house with good vibes where everyone gets on and respects each other’s space
