Hi my name is Phil. Good to meet you. I'm looking to share a place with someone. I'm a fairly quiet but very personable person who enjoys others company. I'm clean and quite organised but not obsessive.
I have worked as a professional with Macquarie Bank and operated my own successful property funds management businesses for some years.

I am looking for accommodation in the Hornsby area.

I enjoy many activities including tennis and have quite a few friends in the area. I mostly see them outside of the home over a lunch/coffee or an event. If I am not out I usually relax watching TV, reading or speaking with a friend I don't drink nor smoke and eat quite healthy.

I have nominated 6 months term on the site but I am flexible.
