Hey, I’m a 52-year-old guy working full-time in a government job. My lease is coming up, so I’m looking for a place to stay short-term while I line up the right long-term rental.
I’m pretty easygoing and keep things simple — I like a clean, clutter-free space and always do my part to keep shared areas tidy. I’m active, hit the gym regularly, and spend a lot of time at work, so I’m not around all that much.
I’m respectful of others’ space, quiet, and drama-free. Just looking for a comfortable, easy place to land for a bit while I figure out my next move.
