Hi, I’m Kacper, 30, currently based in Brisbane and working full-time. I come from a hospitality background, working with high-end hotels and VIP clients, so I naturally keep a high standard when it comes to cleanliness, respect and how a home is maintained.

I’m easy-going, quiet and organised. I don’t party at home, I respect shared spaces and I’m used to living with others. I’m reliable with rent and take care of the place like it’s my own.

On top of that, I bring practical skills that can be useful for a household. I have hands-on experience with property maintenance, including painting, small repairs, garden work and general upkeep. I also have a technical background, so I can help with basic mechanical work, IT setups or home security systems if needed.

I’m open to contributing these skills in exchange for a better rental arrangement, depending on what the property might need.

My previous landlords in Berrima (Australia), Vancouver (Canada) and Kraków (Poland) can confirm both my reliability as a tenant and the quality of my work and skills.

Lifestyle-wise, I enjoy a calm routine, gym, travel and being outdoors. Happy to socialise from time to time, but I also value privacy.
