I'm a 30-year-old guy and my partner who works full time and prefers living in a studio. Looking for preferably 2 bed apartment ( max budget $650) , but happy to look for a clean shared house ($450 Max, preferably with private bath) nearby Scarborough, Wembly Downs, Woodlands, Innaloo , Doubleview,Churchlands or in the Area. I'm a non-smoker, don't own pets, and don't have kids. My interests include coffee, running, wine, food, culture, and entrepreneurship. I keep a clean house and enjoy socializing but also value my privacy.
