Hi I’m Nik, my current lease is ending and I’m desperately looking for a place to rent in Perth atm, as my mum is moving out of Perth and I can’t stay there. I’m pretty flex on location, I use public transport mainly until I get my license soon. I don’t drink often or throw parties, I am a smoker but i’m very careful and will leave the premise if needed.
I am a cook and work a lot of overnight shifts so sometimes I sleep during the day, or just rest at home. I am a very spiritual girl and I like making new friends. Also I put 6mo down but could be longer.
