Hey! Looking for an en-suite room somewhere in east Melbourne

I'm 21 and just moved here from the Netherlands for a ten-month internship at Monash University (Clayton). I'm after a furnished room somewhere between my internship and the city, so around Oakleigh, Malvern East, Clayton, or Chadstone, but open to nearby areas.

About me:
- Easy-going, clean and respectful
- Enjoy staying active
- Love cooking and a shared dinner now and then
- I love trying new things or going on group activities
- Social, but also value my own space

What I'm after:
- En-suite room, furnished
- A social house with people around a similar age
- Flatmates who enjoy chatting and doing fun things, but understand everyone needs quiet time too

Budget: $300–450 per week, bills included.
