Hey, I’m Jimmy 👋
I’m 30 and currently based in Melbourne, and I’m looking at making a move up to the Gold Coast in the near future to mix things up and enjoy the lifestyle up there.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and a considerate housemate. I really value a clean, tidy, and relaxed home, and I take pride in keeping things that way. I’m mindful of other people’s space and routines and appreciate living with others who are the same.

I work in rope access and also do some fly-in fly-out work, so I’m in and out a bit depending on jobs. I’m usually out during the day working or keeping busy, so I’m pretty low-impact around the house.

Outside of work, I like to stay active and make the most of my time — gym, surfing, beach walks, Pilates, and getting out for a good coffee. I also enjoy winding down with a good book. I’m a big fan of early mornings, sunrise sessions, and getting a head start on the day. Definitely not a party house kind of person — I prefer a quieter, easygoing environment and an early night most of the time.

I’m social and friendly and always up for a chat, a coffee, or the occasional drink, but I also really value downtime and personal space. You’ll rarely find me just sitting around — I like to stay active, get outdoors, and explore new spots.

I’d ideally love to live with like-minded people who are into a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoy a good balance of social time and their own space. I also love animals, so no issues there at all.

Overall, I’m pretty easy to get along with and just looking for a relaxed, comfortable place that feels like home.
