I’m Sam, 28 years old and just a happy go lucky guy. I’m currently in the process of relocating to the area due to work commitments. I grew up in a rural country town in Victoria where I purchased my first property in 2022. I have had plenty of housemates over the years in which I still maintain friendships with. I am currently living with family in Torquay until I find a suitable place to live.

I am a sports fanatic and love to stay active. Come weekends you’ll find me either on the golf course or playing footy.

My job is Mon-Fri with the odd day here and there working from home but that can be flexible depending on whether there is an ability to work from home.

I love all sorts of animals and have no issue living with cats, dogs, or any pet for that matter.

I’m looking for a housemate who is neat, tidy, and respectful of each other’s space. I enjoy a bit of banter so someone with a sense of humour is a non-negotiable.
