I’m pretty easygoing and respectful to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, I’m not loud or messy, and I’m mindful of other people’s routines. Most of my time is spent working or on personal projects, so I’m not really a party person.
I’m into cars/bikes and have taken a project vehicle so secure parking is ideal, usually keep to myself, but I’m also easy to get along with and don’t mind a chat here and there.
I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’m looking for a place where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps things straightforward.
