Hi, I'm 38- f, single. Working professional.

I am quiet, respectful, fun, and caring. I cook(love sharing meals) clean, garden, and do art constantly. It brings me joy.

I have my own bed suite, and comfortable and expensive lounge, a few shelves and plants - none of which i want to part with. I'm rebuilding my order after years in DV, and as such cannot handle yelling, fighting, aggression - be it passive or not. If confronted with the above situations, I like to discuss the issues, and have no tolerance for people belittling others, backstabbing or demeaning anothers character.

I believe in supporting one another's freewill, and aim to never harm another. Love a chat, the odd stroll or group project, acting more as friends/ family then just a passer by. I am a believer of one in, all in, and finding solutions above all.

I'm handy with tools, have amazing art and curtains etc and love eclectic styles in the home.

I have friends who may stay here and there for a few days, and i will be staying away a bit also, as i am active
in art/doof scenes, and my friends are living all over!

If you think we might work well, and have large room, preferably with ensuite and wardrobe, it would be amazing! Master suite, happy to the extra $50 or whatever is reasonable as per room size and amenities. I prepay my bills, and have 10+ years of perfect rental history.

Give me a call this week if you have a spot! I will be doing a NILS bond loan if required, if not then i can just pay an additional week rent in advance as security. I will be able to move in, the weekend or after hoursv in now- ADAP! Sooner the better+ especially if i can pay bond over the first couple of weeks.
