Hi, my name is Lee. An oversea student from China. I’ve been traveling around the world, now I decide to make a pause to continue my studying. I would like a room in Caufield, Melbourne in July 2026 and stay over a year.

The house must be close to Caulfield East, 3145 or close to Monash University Caulfield campus.

My budget is 230-290$ per week(bills inc.), furnished required, Kitchen cooking, ensuite, single bed, studio. High building apartment would be perfect or just a flat.

I’m a non-smoker, single, no children, no pets.
