Hi, I’m looking for a private and peaceful place in Melbourne, preferably Sunshine, Sunshine West or Sunshine North from around June–July 2026.

I’m mainly interested in a self-contained granny flat, rear unit, villa unit, bungalow, small house or private unit with at least 2 bedrooms. I’m looking for a place with a safe, quiet and family-friendly feel, ideally with a private bathroom and no shared living setup.

I enjoy reading, walks, badminton and research, and I prefer a calm, clean and well-organised home environment. Safety, privacy and everyday comfort are very important to me. A location with convenient transport access and nearby green spaces would also be a plus.
