I'm a 31-year-old woman who enjoys swimming, surfing, volleyball, reading, and studying. I plan to work part-time and am a UWA PhD student. Living in a studio or having my own bedroom is preferred. I'm a really organized clean person and in a shared space usually keep to myself. However, I'm always down to hang out and cook yummy dinners with friends and roommates. I don't smoke, no pets or kids and I don't mind enjoying a beer or some wine at the end of the day!
