I´m doing a 1-year study abroad at RMIT, and am looking for a place to stay, preferably from July 2026 to August 2027. I´m 28 years old and have been living on my own for 10 years, but I am also open to housemates. I prefer a clean house, but I also understand that my housemates might be busy in the morning and leave a cup in the sink. If I find a place with housemates, I would love to do some things together, and I would love it if you could introduce me to Melbourne - but I also understand a closed door and know everyone is probably busy. If you have pets, that's not an issue; however, I am not used to cats.
Also, all my friends say I make amazing food - and if we split the bills, I would love to cook a meal for both / all of us sometimes.
