Hello, my name is Ebony I am a single 27 year old female I have recently travelled to Melbourne Victoria from Hobart, Tasmania. I am currently seeking and in urgent need of a stable, clean and drug free environment to call home for the next 3-6 months as a minimum. I am currently unemployed due to the lack of uncertainty within a place to reset/rejuvenate and accommodate myself. I spend my time independently. Positivity, mind, body and soul wellness being a massive key factor in my current lifestyle and circumstances. Cleanliness is something I take pride in as it is important to have structure within my lifestyle.
I am a honest and trustworthy tennant when it comes to keeping punctuality within my bills, board/lodgings. Communication being a key factor. Unfortunately finance is a little on the tight side currently for myself as I am unable to gain employment as of yet due to a lack of stability with my balance within at home life.
Currently only seeking a government benefit fortnightly, I am able to pay $300 weekly for board/lodgings.
