About me

Hello future flatmate!

I’m looking to share a 2B2B apartment along the metro line. I’m currently leasing an apartment, with my lease ending in a couple of months. I’m posting this early as I’d really like to take my time finding the right flatmate.

If you reach out, I’m happy to share my number, photo, and more details privately. Just choosing not to post these on a public platform for security reasons😄

Now, I’ve put together a very humble list (if I do say so myself 😊) of why I might be your ideal flatmate:

1. Corporate desk warrior with a stable job
Translation: rent gets paid on time, every time. Boring? Yes. Reassuring? Also yes.

2. Early bedtime enthusiast
Most work nights I’m in bed by ~10:30 pm. You will not catch me starting a DJ career in the living room at 11.

3. Low‑maintenance eater
Simple meals, occasional weekend meal prep. I won’t hog the kitchen or leave you wondering why every pan has gone into the dishwasher.

4. I come bearing furniture and appliances
Couch ✅ washing machine ✅ microwave ✅ air fryer ✅
If this isn't peak adulthood, what is?

5. Certified pet lover
Happy to provide very enthusiastic free pet‑sitting services for your furry companion when you travel (I don't have any pets myself)

6. Social, but not clingy
Down for chats, laughs, and the occasional deep conversation about the universe but equally respectful of personal space and solo recharge time.

7. Flatmate activity organiser (optional but encouraged)
Think shared dinners, walks, maybe the odd puzzle night. No pressure… but also, why not?

8. Noise‑ and mess‑aware human
I’m conscious of noise levels and keeping shared spaces tidy and I’m open to change things if anything ever bugs you.

9. Books & puzzles included at no extra cost
Occasional books, puzzles, and “accidentally losing track of time” activities, all free to use.

10. Minimal to none overnight guests policy
I generally don’t have overnight guests and if I ever do, I’ll always check in with you first. No surprises, no awkward encounters in the kitchen.

What I'm looking for in a flatmate:

Someone kind, friendly, and easy to live with. Someone who is keen to work together to make this shared space feel comfortable, calm, and genuinely home‑like. I like a home that’s generally clean and looked after, with everyone doing their bit to keep shared spaces comfortable.

I’m also happy to make reasonable joint purchases to set the place up nicely, no need for two of everything when it comes to furniture, appliances, or cookware. More than anything, I’m hoping to live with someone where it feels less like two ships passing at night and more like a friendly, supportive household i.e. the kind of place that feels warm, familiar, and nice to come home to at the end of the day.

If you’ve made it all the way to the end (thank you!), please feel free to reach out. I’m usually keen to meet in person as well and see how we vibe.
