Hey, I’m Dan — I work fulltime as an A/C technician.
During the week I'm in bed early and up early

I’m fairly reserved but easy to get along with. I keep things clean and respect shared spaces.

Lifestyle-wise I value health and wellness and hit the gym a few times perweek ,i like being outdoors when the weather’s good and I'll be catching up with friends or getting out for a dive on the weekends. I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and keep things pretty low-key at home.

As a team id ideally be after a small house/ townhouse with parking and a bit of storage but also open to a unit.
Having my own bathroom would be a bonus, and being close to the M2 would be ideal ,I'm also happy to take on the yard work.
