Hello!
My name is Cian, a 24 year-old Irishman arriving in Perth.
Flights are booked for end of June and Working Holiday visa has been granted.

I’ve been working towards this for a long time and I’m really excited to settle in and explore Perth.

I’ve lived independently or with roommates for the past 7 years, so I’m very familiar with house rules and shared living. I’m clean, respectful and easy going.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, being in nature and listening to music.

I’m looking for a room for at least 3-6 months in a happy, friendly, relaxed house.

I have more than enough savings to pay weekly rent reliably. I’ll be starting FIFO construction work straight away, so I’ll mainly be at the house on my days off (quiet most of the time but tidy and considerate when I’m home).
