LOOKING FOR A HOUSE MATE TO GO IN ON A RENTAL WITH ME , DUE TO COST OF RENTALS THESE DAYS. Hi I'm Shan, I'm 42 years old. I have a little dog named tinge and a cat named misty. They are both toilet trained and well behaved. I'm easy to get along with, I always take pride in my home . Im a quiet tenant and I enjoy keeping to myself but always like to have a friendship with my neighbours and up for a chat. Im looking to see if anyone wants to get a rental property with own bedrooms and bathrooms split costs . Or I would be willing to pay that bit more for the main bedroom, I'm not fussed. I'm looking for someone that will be good to my fur babies as they are very special to me , so someone that would treat them as if they were their own. I'm a smoker so someone that doesn't mind that , I do smoke outside though. If anyone is interested please message me .
