Hi, I’m Dean, easygoing, respectful, and very considerate to live with. I work in project type roles, with hours that can vary depending, but I generally keep a structured routine and like to be up early most days for fitness.

Lifestyle-wise, I enjoy a calm, clean home environment and value a good balance between being social and having personal space. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but definitely appreciate a home that feels relaxed rather than overly busy or chaotic. Outside of work I enjoy keeping active, getting outdoors, coffee, and having a comfortable space to unwind.

I’m tidy, dependable with rent and household responsibilities, and value open communication and mutual respect at home. I’m well suited to living with people who are respectful, easygoing, and considerate of shared spaces, and I’m adaptable to different household dynamics as long as there’s a positive atmosphere.

Happy to share essentials like kitchen basics and household staples if that suits the household, while keeping things practical around personal items. I have my own bedroom furniture and can also bring additional pieces if needed, depending on what the home already has.
