Hi! I’m Kate, 24, working as a disability and mental health support worker in the south-east.

My work keeps me fairly busy during the week, so I really value having a calm, comfortable home to come back to.

I’d describe myself as friendly, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a good chat and getting to know the people I live with, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space. I’m clean, organised, and always happy to do my part to keep the house running smoothly.

Outside of work, I love catching up with friends, playing guitar, going out for coffee, and having those deeper conversations about life. I’m pretty social, but not a party-every-night type. More a balance of going out and having chill nights in.

I’m ideally looking for a home that feels relaxed, respectful, and easy to live in, with people who are friendly and considerate.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, and keen to find a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to stay.
