I’m moving from Melbourne to Sydney to start a PhD in Computer Science, and I also run a small IT company with 4 employees. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I’m looking for a calm, tidy, non-party home where I can work and keep a steady routine. Unfurnished rooms are completely fine, but I do need enough space to bring my own desk and office chair, and I’d use a floor protector under the chair. Good internet is essential for me, and I’d be open to paying for a faster plan if needed. In-room air conditioning would also be a big plus.
