Hi there, to avoid the time wasting I decided to write down everything I’m looking for here.

I’m looking for a place North of Perth, which with maximum 3 females totally without couples, if there’s a male has his own bathroom don’t need to share with him I’m okay with that.

I’m easy going, full time worker from China, late 30s, quiet tidy and respectful, no drugs occasionally have couple of cans, love cats, I do minimum cooking(fast simple cooking), I don’t use the share area for too long, I ghost myself to maximum avoid meeting housemates.

1. Working
2. No couples no drugs no visitors no party, and no BF/GF come over stay a night(if you smoke you can smoke outside)
3. Quiet and tidy
4. Simple and fast cooking don’t always staying in the kitchen so the house won’t smell like food every minute
