Hi.

I'm 41, 34 at heart.

I don't drive... Never had.. shocking I know but public transport is a must for me. Basically to get to the city. I work full time in Perth for a construction company. After work I tidy, rest and get ready for the next day... im generly quiet and will keep to myself most of the time

I smoke vapes and am trying to cut out the cigarettes, I don't smoke much unless I'm having a drink. No issues with not smoking around the property.

Social drinker. .. a big night out for me is getting home at 10pm on a weekend.. And no doubt the next day I will be suffering.

I have a timid cat who no one really sees, she hides under my bed until I get home. She would need to stay inside as I fear she will get lost and run away.

I'm looking for a room close to transport, around the Dianella area would be great. I'm easy going, respectful and have also rented rooms last year so I know what to expect and how to treat someone's home. I like to take things not to seriously and have a laugh.
